Burpless Supreme is bred for its particularly thin skin for reduced cucurbitacin, the biochemical believed to be responsible for the burps, and to be virtually seedless for sensitive systems. Pick shiny, dark green fruits at a mature 7 to 8-in. Fruits can even grow much longer! Harvest earlier for bitterless, burp-free munching. Excellent when sliced, even horizontally for salads, but positively pickle-able when harvested small. Expect heavy yields from Cucumber mosaic virus and Powdery Mildew resistant, medium, vigorous plants. Well suited for winter conditions.
